THE GENETIC MONITORING OF SUNFLOWER ISOGENE CLEANLINESS FOR TESTING AGRARIAN PRODUCTION QUALITY

A genetic testing of the sunflower isogene cleanliness providing analysis of distinctions in a chemical compound of the petals extracts differing in flowers coloring is developed. The technique of an establishment of a plant material structure is based on use of the gas–chromatography analysis of the extracts received in a special procedure of a sample preparing, with the subsequent decoding chemical structure of individual connections by mass-spectrometry detecting. In chemical compound of petals extracts from five various isogene sunflower lines is found many substances. Its presence has no dependence on sunflower kinds, irrespective of color, accessory and genetic characteristics of plant material. For investigated sunflower isogene lines are revealed specific attributes of an individual chemical structure.
